We seek a Senior Python Software Engineer to join our Search team and bring new features to life while supporting our products' move to modern architecture. You will work closely with product owners, area architects, and your team members to clarify business needs and technical requirements, defining the best ways to support them. In close collaboration with other teams, you will introduce features and improvements to enhance the experience for more than 11 million customers.
Responsibilities
Work in a challenging Agile environment with business owners and other teams.
Participate in technical and architectural discussions and decisions.
Develop and continuously deliver applications for one of Europe’s leading pet e-commerce platforms.
Manage the complete software development life cycle from discovery through coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance, continually learning and mastering state‑of‑the‑art technologies such as AWS, Microservices, Docker, and more.
Your Responsibilities
Participate in solution investigation, estimation, planning, and alignment with other teams.
Design, implement, and deliver new features for the Search Engine.
Promote and implement test automation (unit tests, integration tests, e2e tests, performance tests).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, development, testing, and deployment.
Deploy applications on the cloud using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform. xhfqzwm
