ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be working on a cutting-edge AI project for a leading technology company specializing in artificial intelligence solutions across complex industries. The project focuses on creating AI-powered tools and platforms that optimize workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation in sectors such as healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. As a Python Engineer with experience in Service Now, you will contribute to building scalable, efficient solutions that empower businesses through advanced technology and data-driven strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-Improve and scale up our Python-based “Service Now Extractor” code that can import a Service Now application into Rhino (and convert it into our Universal Application Notation), as well as our “Service Now Transformer” code that takes UAN and converts it into a Service Now application;
- Develop and maintain Service Now integrations;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements;
- Design, develop, and test Service Now applications;
- Troubleshoot and resolve Service Now issues;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Service Now features and functionality.
MUST HAVES
- +2 years of experience working in software development with Python ;
- Experience with Celery, Django, or Fast API;
- EST timezone availability;
- Excellent English and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
NICE TO HAVES
- Some experience either doing integrations or building modules within Service Now;
- Experience working with AI.
