Python Engineering Manager at BairesDev
As a Python Engineering Manager, you'll guide a development team and collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and leadership to help shape technical solutions. This role combines technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and focus on quality, helping you build a strong team and deliver quality software.
What you will do:
- Work with Product Management to support roadmap definition and product metrics.
- Collaborate with Architects and team leads to establish appropriate architecture.
- Support project management, facilitating meetings and helping with sprint planning.
- Participate in development and testing of features to maintain quality standards.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in software development and delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Python programming.
- Technical background and experience in team leadership.
- Business-oriented mindset with ability to understand business metrics and goals.
- Experience in designing modular solutions and system integration.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Good level of English.
