Job Description: Software Developer (4–6 Years)
Core Skills (Must Have)
Engineering: 4–6 years of experience designing and maintaining scalable, production-grade applications.
Development: Solid knowledge/understanding in Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) programming language
Database: Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
Architecture: Lead the design of modular system architectures and RESTful API integrations.
Data Pipelines: Build and manage efficient data processing workflows and ETL processes.
Quality Control: Drive high code quality through rigorous peer reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to bridge the gap between complex data requirements and functional software solutions.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Statistics: Strong grasp of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and probability.
Platform: Domino Platform or Databricks Experience
Machine Learning: Practical experience with ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
Cloud: Familiarity with deploying and managing services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
