Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Python Full Stack Developer with strong experience in backend development using FastAPI and Django, along with modern frontend development using React. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the stack, building scalable APIs, and developing responsive user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using FastAPI and Django
- Build RESTful APIs and ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness
- Develop interactive and user-friendly front-end applications using React
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Python development
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and/or Django
- Solid understanding of REST API design and development
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux/Context API)
- Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Understanding of containerization tools (Docker) is a plus
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Exposure to authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
- Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, etc.)
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization
- Exposure to DevOps practices
- Prior experience in product-based or high-scale environments
