Job Title: Senior Python Full Stack Developer – JavaScript / TypeScript, AWS Cloud, & EKS
Location: Illinois – Hybrid – Mondays and Tuesdays are remote, rest of the days in office
Long Term Contract Role
Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong application development expertise in Python and/or modern web technologies.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting cloud-native applications in AWS, with applications hosted and managed on Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS).
- The candidate should possess a strong software engineering mindset, be comfortable working across application and cloud infrastructure layers, and have experience delivering secure, scalable, and highly available solutions in an enterprise environment.
Technical Skills
- Programming : Python, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
- Web Frameworks : Django, Flask, Fast API, React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Cloud Platform : AWS
- Container Platform : Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS
- CI/CD : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, or Azure DevOps
- Infrastructure as Code : Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
- Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, DynamoDB, or MongoDB
- Monitoring : CloudWatch, Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK
- Source Control : Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
