Python Full Stack Engineer (AVP/VP)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across both backend and frontend layers. The ideal candidate brings strong Python expertise, hands‑on experience with modern frontend frameworks, and the ability to build secure, high‑performance systems for enterprise‑grade environments.
This role requires strong problem‑solving skills, clean coding practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and backend components with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Design intuitive, responsive, and user‑friendly UI components.
- Integrate applications with databases, cloud services, and third‑party APIs.
- Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and technical decision‑making.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues across the stack and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high‑quality releases.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks).
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment workflows.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience in implementing pipelines for Data Science projects.
- Strong understanding of model creation and Data Science concepts.
- Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and Generative AI.
- Experience working with Micro‑services architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with Graph databases.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience in BFSI, trading platforms, or capital markets .
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Exposure to authentication frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Pytest, Jest, Cypress).
