Role

Python Full Stack Engineer (React + GenAI) – Mississauga, ON / Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) – Full‑Time Employment.

Must‑Have Skills

• Backend: Python, REST APIs, Microservices (Django, FastAPI, or Flask)
• Frontend: React.js, modern UI frameworks, state management (Redux / Context API)
• AI/GenAI: LLMs, RAG Pipelines, LangChain / LlamaIndex, integration with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open‑source models

Required Experience

8+ years professional full‑stack software development experience. Proven ability to design and build distributed systems, scalable microservices, and AI‑powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production‑ready AI‑powered applications.
• Build scalable, high‑performance backend services and REST APIs with Python.
• Develop clean, responsive user interfaces using React.
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, and foundational GenAI services into application workflows.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines and AI‑driven data processing workflows.
• Collaborate closely with ML, product, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Support CI/CD deployment, monitoring, and overall application reliability.
