Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI / GenAI Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to drive AI‑led SDLC automation across development, DevOps, and incident management workflows. The role focuses on leveraging AI/LLM capabilities to automate code generation, testing, security, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes. You will work closely with engineering, platform, and DevOps teams to embed intelligent automation into modern software delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
AI‑Led SDLC Automation (Primary Focus)
Generate code artifacts from Jira technical specifications
Enable AI-assisted code generation using Python and/or Java
Implement AI-powered pull request (PR) summarization and contextual code reviews
Automate unit test generation during PR workflows
Detect vulnerabilities and automatically generate AI-driven fix PRs
Generate deployment configurations using pre-built templates
Embed policy-as-code and security guardrails within CI/CD pipelines
DevOps & Platform Enablement
Integrate AI agents into GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments
Support branching strategies, PR validation, and deployment automation
Incident Management Automation (Secondary Focus)
Build AI-assisted runbooks
Automate incident classification and response workflows
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–8 years of hands-on software development experience
Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java
Solid experience with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of secure SDLC practices and vulnerability management
Experience working in DevOps environments
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and automation mindset
Good To Have Skills:
Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based development tools (GenAI, copilots, agents, etc.)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
Knowledge of policy-as-code, DevSecOps practices
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience building or integrating AI agents for developer productivity or operations
Strong collaboration and communication skills
