Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join our Activate team. In this role, you will work across the stack to build scalable, performant, and maintainable solutions that integrate LLM-powered capabilities into our platform. You'll collaborate with product and AI teams to design and deploy cutting-edge features that harness the power of AI to drive organizational impact.
Responsibilities and Duties
- AI Integration: Collaborate with Data Scientists to incorporate LLM-powered features into our platform.
- Scalability & Performance: Optimize backend and frontend systems for performance, scalability, and security.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to turn ideas into high-impact features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Architectural Input: Participate in architecture discussions and best practices to drive technical excellence.
- Security & Reliability: Maintain a strong focus on security, data integrity, and system reliability.
Qualifications and Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Python, TypeScript, and React.
- AI & LLM Interest (Nice to Have): Experience or interest in AI, NLP, or working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Golang Experience (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Golang is a plus but not required.
- Problem-Solving & Ownership: A high-agency mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Communication & Organization: Strong collaboration and organizational skills to work effectively with teams.
- Agile Experience: Comfortable working in an agile, iterative development environment.
- DevOps Knowledge (Nice to Have): Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and containerization.
