Roles Responsibilities
- Owns end-to-end technical delivery architecture and development
- Leads incident triage, root cause analysis, and release rollback decisions
- Owns weekly service review, monthly governance, and risk reporting
- Drives token cost model tier and Gemini platform change initiatives
- Maintains runbook and operational knowledge base standards across the engagement
- Recommends prompt retrieval and guardrail tuning; contributes to token cost optimization
