Senior Python GenAI Engineer

As a Senior Python GenAI Engineer, you will:

Design and develop Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build scalable AI-powered applications using Python, FastAPI, and Azure services.
Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.
Engineer prompt frameworks and optimize model performance for business use cases.
Deploy, monitor, and manage AI workloads on Azure cloud platforms.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Solution Architects.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

7–10 years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.
Hands-on experience with FastAPI and API-driven architectures.
Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Mistral, or similar).
Knowledge of RAG frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native application development.
Understanding of AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI principles.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions from concept to production.
Build highly scalable, secure, and performant AI applications.
Optimize prompts, embeddings, and model outputs for business value.
Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data sources.
Troubleshoot AI, application, and cloud infrastructure challenges.
Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
Drive innovation while maintaining production-grade engineering standards.
