Software Engineer – Python & Go

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience: 5–6 Years

Role Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong backend development experience in Python and Go (Golang) to build and maintain scalable, high-performance services and APIs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, database design, and containerized deployments. Exposure to React is desirable for occasional frontend collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and Go (Golang)
Build and consume RESTful APIs and gRPC services
Develop scalable microservices and distributed applications
Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and frontend developers to deliver features
Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and technical discussions
Write clean, testable, maintainable, and production-ready code
Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and observability
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
Implement security best practices, authentication, authorization, and data protection measures
Work with React-based frontend applications when required

Required Skills

5–6 years of software development experience
Strong proficiency in Python with experience in FastAPI, Django, or Flask
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Go (Golang)
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles
Experience designing and developing REST APIs and gRPC services
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis
Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
