We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python-based back-end development and React.js front-end engineering. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute across the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to deployment and support..
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement modern, intuitive user experiences
Back-End Development
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
- Implement business logic, data processing, and backend services
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services
- Ensure application security, authorization, and data protection best practices
Data & Integration
- Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Write efficient queries and manage database schema migrations
- Support integrations with enterprise systems and cloud platforms
DevOps & Quality
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in production environments
Collaboration & Process
- Technical Program Management and lead small team of 5-6 members
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and other developers
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Git-based version control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability patterns
