responsibilities:
- Core Automation Development: Design, build, and optimize advanced Python-based automation logic, complex workflows, and orchestration components across distributed systems.
- Framework Architecture: Architect and scale modular, highly reusable automation frameworks and services that eliminate redundancy and accelerate delivery across teams.
- Code Governance & Review: Act as the primary code reviewer for the automation domain, enforcing PEP 8 standards, robust testing methodologies, and architectural best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the internal SME, providing strategic technical direction on automation strategies, tooling choices, and system integrations.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation bottlenecks and mentor mid-to-junior engineers to elevate the overall team technical baseline.
qualifications:
- Background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
- Contributions to open-source Python libraries or automation projects.
