Responsibilities :
- Utilize Python programming language to implement backend logic, data processing, and business logic.
- Design and implement SQL database schemas, queries, and optimizations for PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
- Build and consume REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into development processes.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve coding practices and standards.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Python developer, with a strong understanding of Python language fundamentals and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience working with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs, with a solid understanding of HTTP protocols and request/response formats.
- Familiarity with GraphQL and its concepts, including schema definition, queries, mutations, and subscriptions.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Django or Flask is a plus.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
