Python NVIDIA Engineer

Responsibilities:

The candidate should be able to operate in alignment with the project plan and take ownership of driving results based on requirements defined in user stories, features, and DevOps workflows. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable applications, automation solutions, simulation workflows, and digital twin platforms using Python as the primary programming language .
  • Design and implement Python-based solutions for NVIDIA Omniverse , Isaac Sim , and Open USD environments.
  • Robot simulation on Isaac SIM
  • Integration with physical hardware through Python-based interfaces and APIs .
  • Architect and deploy Omniverse platforms for digital twin creation , simulation, and visualization.
  • Digital twin development and behaviour modelling using Python.
  • PLC signal integration and sequence validation
  • Robot program validation within VC
  • Integrate AI and Generative AI models for predictive analytics and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with robotics and automation teams for virtual testing.
  • Ensure interoperability with CAD, PLM, and IoT systems through Open USD .
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Omniverse environments.
  • Drive innovation in industrial metaverse and real-time simulation workflows .
  • Use Omniverse Blueprints to design and optimize AI factories and manufacturing workflows.
  • Aggregate 3D data from CAD tools and IoT sensors using Open USD for unified simulation environments.
  • Enable AI-driven space planning and workflow automation using Omniverse extensions and AI-powered search tools.
  • Optimize robot paths and tasks using AI-enhanced digital twins for efficiency and safety.
  • Connect Omniverse with CAD, PLM, and ERP systems for seamless data interoperability.
  • Build physics-based, real-time interactive twins of factories, machines, and processes using Omniverse.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures for streaming and data exchange between physical and digital systems.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards during AI-driven workflows.

Required Skills:

  • Expert-level Python programming skills with strong experience in application development, automation, simulation frameworks, API integration, and object-oriented programming.
  • Hands-on experience developing Python-based solutions using NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Omniverse SDK/Kit, and Open USD.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines , Generative AI models , and simulation frameworks .
  • Knowledge of industrial automation , robotics , and IoT integration .

Expertise in Python , Data Interoperability , 3D Visualization , and Real-Time Physics Simulation .
