Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation engineering, focusing on designing and implementing robust, scalable automated solutions for ETL testing.
Key Responsibilities
- As an automation developer, create automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery and optimizing the QA process.
Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Python or Java for scripting and automation framework; experience with both is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of designing, maintaining, and executing automated test frameworks.
- Extensive experience with RESTful API testing, automation, and validation.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation, data manipulation, and querying.
- Proven experience with Hadoop and Hive for data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead automation efforts, provide mentorship, and manage onshore/offshore communication.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
- Experience with shell scripting and basic Unix commands.
Salary
CA$ 80,000 – CA$ 105,000 per year.
