We are looking for an experienced Python/React Developer to join an innovative team developing an internal AI platform that enhances communication between intelligent agents. In this role, you'll contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of secure, scalable applications while working with cutting-edge technologies across backend, frontend, DevOps, and AI.
Your Responsibilities
Backend Development
- Design and develop backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop database solutions using SQLAlchemy with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Write and maintain automated tests using Pytest.
Frontend Development
- Develop modern web applications using React.
- Build responsive user interfaces with JavaScript and CSS.
- Contribute to Micro Frontend development using NX.
AI & Platform Development
- Support the development of AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.
- Work with technologies such as LLMs, MCP, A2A, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and GitHub Copilot.
- Contribute to scalable, high-quality software solutions.
DevOps & Cloud
- Work with containerized applications and Kubernetes environments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and ArgoCD.
- Follow DevOps best practices to ensure reliable software delivery.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Python development.
Strong experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pytest.
Experience with React frontend development.
Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices.
Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
Strong communication skills.
Good command of English and Dutch and/or French.
A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
