Sr Python/React EngineerLocation: Hermosillo, Mexico | Mode: HybridResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full‐stack applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and Python.Build and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to support modern web applications.Develop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.Design and implement scalable backend services following service-oriented or microservices architectures.Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.Write clean, maintainable, and well‐tested code using unit and integration testing best practices.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support deployment automation.Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.Support modernization efforts, including migration from legacy systems to modern architectures when applicable.Required Qualifications5+ years of professional software engineering experience.Strong frontend development experience with:ReactJavaScript (ES6+)TypeScriptComponent-based architectureState management solutions (Redux, Context API, or similar)Responsive and cross-browser developmentStrong backend development experience with:PythonRESTful API and/or GraphQL developmentRelational and/or NoSQL databasesService-oriented or microservices architecturesExperience with:Unit and integration testingGit-based development workflowsCI/CD pipelinesAgile/Scrum methodologiesExposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
