General Accountabilities
- Develop custom modules and integrations for the Odoo platform using Python.
- Understand and be able to detect problems in Azure cloud environments, including virtual machines, databases, and storage accounts.
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps is a highly preferred skill but not mandatory.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Odoo and Azure Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the development team and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
Job Qualifications
Education :
- Bachelor's in computer science or a related field
- ITSM foundation training is required.
Experience :
- Experience working with multicultural teams and customers.
- Experience defining, creating, and managing procedures.
Technical Skills :
- Strong understanding of Python programming and the Odoo framework.
- 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Developer.
- Experience with Azure Infrastructure and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Professional Skills
- Fluent English language skills required: verbal and written communication.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills: capable of training users in complex topics and making presentations to internal groups.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to write technical work instructions to add value to the teams’ operations.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Strong investigative and analysis skills.
- Strong technical and process design and implementation skills.
