Can you imagine shaping the future of cloud data platforms in the healthcare sector?

Join our expert team to work on a healthcare data platform, contributing to the development of scalable and secure cloud‑native solutions. You will apply your knowledge of Python, AWS, and DevOps, modern software engineering practices, and event‑driven architectures to build high‑impact data platforms. You will collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment focused on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.

At ERNI, you are never just a number. Even if you work on an external project, you will feel part of the team and always supported.

We provide guidance and mentorship. A mentor will guide you through onboarding and your career at ERNI, with regular 1:1 meetings and a development plan that defines your short‑, medium‑, and long‑term goals.

You will work with autonomous decision‐making and opportunities to share knowledge with other experts. If you are interested in mentoring, there is also space for that.

What you will bring

  • 8+ years of experience developing software in cloud‑based data platform environments.
  • Strong experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, EventBridge, and CloudFront.
  • Solid expertise in object‑oriented programming and modern software architecture using Python.
  • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using technologies such as dbt, SnapLogic, or Ataccama together with Snowflake.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing and evolving scalable, cloud‑native data platform solutions using AWS and Snowflake while developing modern microservices and event‑driven architectures. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve automation, reliability, and performance across the platform lifecycle. You will also contribute to architecture decisions, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.

What if the project ends?

We work on a wide variety of projects, technologies, and sectors, allowing you to keep growing in different environments. If a project ends or you feel ready for a new challenge, we will find another one that aligns with your professional development.

Our working model

We ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctor’s appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40‑hour workweek.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office two days a week, though this depends on the project and team. We love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
