The Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer for a 12‑month fixed‑term project‑based role, based in Erskine Park.

With a focus on Python‑based solution design, in this agile role, the software engineer will play a crucial role in advancing ongoing product development and design projects, emphasizing continuous improvement and industry leadership. Responsibilities encompass offering software support to our engineering team, contributing to methodology design, delivering digital engineering solutions, and collaborating with technical teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and scoped delivery of critical development projects, aligned with strategic plans and priorities.
• Develop and optimize the code base to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead the development and evaluation of in‑house software and product development initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders as necessary to ensure effective project management and alignment with organizational goals.
