- Strong experience with Event-Driven architecture.
- Hands-on with NoSQL DB (preferably Elasticsearch).
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or managerial role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide and inspire engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in server-side development with Node.js, including building APIs and Microservices.
- Full English proficiency.
_Nice-to-have:_ - AI Tooling Proficiency : Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
