- Make critical architectural decisions, contributing to the long-term strategic planning of software projects.
- Oversee and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high software quality standards and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Stay at the forefront of Python development trends and emerging technologies, evaluating and advocating for their adoption where beneficial.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders, providing technical insights and recommendations to influence decision-making.Here's what we're looking for:- 5+ years of experience with Python.
- Strong understanding of best practices, such as SOLID and clean code, focusing on scalable solutions.
- Extensive experience with code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
- IT infrastructure knowledge.
