Job Description
We are seeking a QA Analyst II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automated testing, QA methodologies, and test planning and a proven ability to own execution, improve test processes, and drive defect resolution.
Responsibilities:
* Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases for new and existing features.
* Reproduce, document, and triage bugs; partner with engineering to drive resolution.
* Author and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans.
* Support QA leads in defining test strategy and creating test plans.
* Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress.
* Conduct Product Audits with QA lead guidance to analyze and improve test coverage.
* Conduct Bug Audits with QA lead guidance to analyze and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide release readiness support for medium and small features.
* Lead test execution for small to medium-sized projects or features.
* Attend status meetings and represent QA in the absence of QA leads.
* Work onsite as needed to collaborate directly with engineering and QA teams.
* Support stealth projects requiring high diligence in execution.
* Run and lead benchmarking, battery, and performance testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
* Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Proven experience writing and executing test cases and test plans.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple projects.
* Experience with dashboarding tools and quality metrics is a plus.
* Comfort working onsite and engaging with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience building quality dashboards and reporting.
* Background with performance, battery, or benchmarking test frameworks.
