What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation solutions for enterprise applications and integrations

Lead automation-focused testing, maintaining an ~80% automation / 20% manual testing balance

Build and enhance Java-based automation frameworks, utilities, and test components

Perform manual, exploratory, and edge-case testing where automation isn't suitable

Define, execute, and report on test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and release cycles

Manage test cases, defects, and reporting in JIRA

Provide technical leadership and guidance to other QA team members

Analyze test results, identify root causes, and partner with developers on resolution

Communicate testing progress, quality risks, and release readiness to stakeholders


What You'll Bring

Experience in Quality Assurance with a strong emphasis on test automation

Proven expertise designing and implementing automation at scale in complex IT environments

Strong Java programming skills, including test automation frameworks and debugging

Solid manual testing skills to complement automated coverage

Proficiency with JIRA for test management, defect tracking, and reporting

Experience leading QA efforts or mentoring other QA engineers

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Background in enterprise or consulting delivery environments

Nice to have: CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), API/service testing (Postman, RestAssured), Agile/Scrum exposure, and performance or security testing knowledge
