Safety & Compliance: maintain compliance systems and achieve 0 major non-conformities in external audits. Quality Management System: maintain certifications and ensure ongoing effectiveness. People Development & Training: promote training, skill development, and multitasking capabilities. Process Improvement & Defect Reduction: drive continuous improvement and achieve RTY goals. QA (Quality Assurance) achieving quality targets and managing the entire department’s operations. Customer Focus & Complaints Management: ensure effective complaint handling and customer satisfaction. Develop, maintain, and promote the implementation of management systems, including, but not limited to, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SA 8000. Lead periodic internal audits and assist in related audits. Assist superiors in completing Management Review (MR) reports for various systems, as well as BSC (Balanced Score Card) consolidation and tracking. Support QA Manager to achieve quality targets and manage overall department operations. Implement a skills matrix for quality staff to identify gaps and create targeted training plans. Restructured quality staff based on skills and responsibilities, improving team efficiency. Trained and cross‑trained inspectors for incoming and in‑process inspections in both plants, ensuring coverage and flexibility. Standardized FPY (First Pass Yield) reporting dashboards (Plant 1 & 2) with trend analysis. Held weekly CAPA meetings to track corrective actions (SCAR). Implemented visual management boards for IPQC and OQA results, increasing shopfloor visibility. Monitored and optimized OQA workflows with Production, enabling timely product release. Led daily FPY monitoring (Sanding, Painting, SMT, Soldering) with next‑day feedback to Production. Experiencia y requisitos Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in positions related to safety, occupational health, and/or the environment. Solid knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental technologies. Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership positions in Quality Management. Advanced knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools. Excellent communication skills and decision‑making ability. Advanced English proficiency. Good management and coordination skills.
