Lead QA Engineer (Python)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead QA Engineer with expertise in automated testing using Python to join our FinTech venture.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products within the financial technology domain, working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the QA scope and testing strategy
- Utilize Python and associated testing frameworks for automation to ensure software quality
- Collaborate with teammates and third-party vendors to optimize QA processes
- Analyze and report QA metrics and deliver insights to clients for continuous improvement
- Participate in meetings with client managers and the development team to align testing goals
- Contribute technical expertise to enhance software quality assurance workflows
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automated testing
- Proficiency in Python with expertise in Python Testing, Robot Framework, and Test Automation Frameworks
- Strong competency in Testing Strategy and experience with Testing Tools
- Background in software development and familiarity with creating automation test suites
- Showcase of effective communication and collaboration skills in multi-stakeholder settings
Nice to have
- Familiarity with C#, SQL for broader software development insights
- Understanding of financial technology systems and solutions
- Flexibility to use additional testing frameworks outside Python
