QA ENGINEER/SENIOR QA ENGINEER (TOYS/NURSERY/HARDLINES)
Job Description
Arrange the product testing & certification for customer orders and closely follow-up with test lab/suppliers/internal team on all issues.
Work with factories & 3rd Party testing lab for sample drawing and submission.
Help to provide requested technical information and reports/certs to customers.
Follow up the Corrective & Prevention Action Plan with our vendors/factories after customer’s audit, to ensure they can comply with customer’s requirements.
Maintain the testing/audit spreadsheets and test doc in highly accurate.
Follow up quality improvement plans for suppliers/factories based on inspection findings or complaints from customers.
Review product samples in terms of workmanship, construction, compliance with US/EU norms/ standards/directive, work on problem solving actively with test lab, supplier, engineer.
Check artwork, IM, labels in terms of legal compliance & accuracy of technical specs.
Frequent travel to China and Oversea to monitor the production to meet company standard and quality acceptable level.
Assist in supervising the subordinate tasks to complete in a timely manner.
Any other ad-hoc task or duties as required.
Requirements
Diploma or above in engineering or quality or other disciplines
Knowledge in Quality Tools to drive quality improvement and enhancement.
Self-motivated, hard-working, good problem solving, communication skills & inter-personal skills, strong team player.
Willing to learn, be patient, able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage various priorities and multiple tasks in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment and under pressure.
Passionate, proactive, dedicated, action-oriented, customer-centric, and willing to take initiatives and make positive changes.
Good command of both written and oral English & Putonghua
Good at operational of Microsoft Office & Advanced Excel skill set.
Frequent travel to China and Oversea if necessary
Applicants with at least 5 years of work experience in quality field, more experience will consider as Senior QA Engineer or QA Supervisor.
