Senior Test Engineer – Robot Framework & Automation Testing
Experience - 3–7 Years
CTC - 14 LPA
Location - Nagpur, Pune
Work Mode - Work From Office (WFO)
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–7 years of experience in Software Testing and Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in:
o Manual & Automation Testing
o Robot Framework
o Selenium WebDriver
o PyTest
o TestNG / Cucumber / BDD frameworks
• Strong Python scripting and automation development skills
• Experience using PyCharm IDE for automation scripting
• Good understanding of:
o Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing
o STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience in:
o Automation framework development (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid
Frameworks)
o API Testing using Postman or similar tools
o Test automation best practices
• Experience working with:
o Jira
o Jenkins
o Git/GitHub
o Maven
• Exposure to:
o CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
o Defect lifecycle and test management processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to railroad or transportation domain application
