Department : Quality Assurance
Work schedule : Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:00 pm CST

Tasks and responsibilities :
- Standard Operational Procedures upkeeping and training for corporate employees
- SOP documentation and assessment; continuously reviewing processes and procedures to ensure they are correctly documented, comprehensive, and accurate.
- Working on company wide efficiency reports and insights: Collaborating with developers to create and improve reports on key performance indicators.
- Kaizen project assistance: Participating in Kaizen driven projects, providing useful information and insights, following up with team members on tasks and activities.
- Monitorstandards for data quality and ensuring that these standards are followed throughout the organization
Experience :
- Experience in creating and documenting high quality, clear, and detailed procedures and reports
- Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance processes.
- Identifying and resolving data quality issues within big raw data sets
Job Requirements :
- English proficiency
- 2 year of related work experience
- Experience with quality development methodologies.
