£98,000 + Annual Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
The Opportunity
A leading hyperscale data centre developer and operator is seeking an experienced Quality & EHS Manager to establish and lead the quality, compliance and health & safety framework across a growing portfolio of European Hyperscale Data Centre developments.
This is a unique opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth, where you will have genuine ownership in shaping operational standards, management systems and compliance strategies across critical infrastructure environments.
Working closely with senior leadership, engineering, operations and facilities teams, you will play a key role in embedding a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement and accountability.
The Role
As Quality & EHS Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the organisation’s Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety and Compliance frameworks, ensuring all data centre operations meet industry standards, customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

You will be an experienced Quality, EHS, HSE, SHEQ or Compliance professional with a proven background developing and managing operational frameworks within complex, regulated environments.
