Senior Quality Engineer-Java

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join a leading enterprise delivery team. This role requires a strong hands‑on QE who can drive quality outcomes across API, web, and desktop‑based applications while contributing to test planning, estimation, and delivery strategy.

Key Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Ability to review and troubleshoot automation code.

REST Assured API Automation (Strong)

• Extensive experience designing and developing API automation frameworks using REST Assured.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, request/response validation, and integration testing.
• Experience with Postman and API test strategy development.

Selenium or Playwright

• Experience building and maintaining UI automation frameworks using Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Ability to develop scalable and maintainable automated test suites.
• Experience working within CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Appium for mobile test automation.
• Exposure to Windows Driver, WinAppDriver, TestComplete, or similar desktop automation technologies.
• Ability to automate testing across desktop‑based enterprise applications.
• Proven experience developing Test Strategies and Test Plans.
• Ability to estimate testing effort and automation activities accurately.
• Experience providing delivery forecasts, risk assessments, and quality recommendations to stakeholders.
• Comfortable advising delivery teams on timelines, scope, and testing approaches.

• 7+ years' experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and provide leadership within a squad environment.
