Fix Problems:
Watch daily trading and quickly fix system bugs or order issues.
Work Together:
Help researchers and programmers turn trading ideas into real live systems.
Improve Trading:
Make trading faster and cheaper by learning how different markets work.
Control Risk:
Set up safety rules in the system to protect our money.
Write Guides:
Create clear rules and tools so the team can reuse your work later.
What You Need
Experience:
Past work managing live trading systems in major global markets.
Coding:
Ability to use Python and C++ to find and fix bugs in the system code.
Project Skills:
Experience launching a new trading market or system from scratch.
Languages:
Able to work and speak fluently in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Market Knowledge:
Good understanding of how order matching, fees, and stock borrowing work.
