Job Summary:
The Program Manager Master QuickBase role involves leading the review, documentation, analysis, development, and support of the agency's QuickBase rapid development and prototyping framework. This position requires expert-level knowledge in QuickBase application architecture and development, with a focus on building custom applications, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs within a government environment. The role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Review, document, and analyze existing QuickBase applications and business processes.
- Develop and support QuickBase applications, dashboards, and customizations.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a Rapid Application Development environment.
- Align IT strategy and planning with organizational business goals.
- Lead full lifecycle services and project coordination for QuickBase initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout project phases.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Expert-level experience in QuickBase design, development, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 20 years of IT experience with progressive consulting leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of datacenter, cloud, and server design and development.
- Experience with large complex data sets and emerging Database as a Service (DaaS) technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in business-level English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience building mobile and web applications.
- Expertise in delivering scalable architecture solutions.
- Experience evaluating technology solutions and implementation strategies.
- Ability to solve business and technical problems independently with innovative solutions.
