Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in a Java Lead position
• Expertise in Java 21+, Spring Boot 4, MongoDB, and CI/CD
• Proficient with KAFKA, Docker, Azure, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of payment processing components and ISO20022
• Strong troubleshooting across application layers
