What Will You Be Doing


  1. Ensure an efficient fulfillment of the planned orders by the defined deadline.
  2. Responsible for the analysis of deviation in the manufacturing process compared to the standard and propose measures to reach manufacturing targets (OEE, PvsA - Plan vs Actual).
  3. Responsible for the availability of qualified headcount to ensure the targeted quality delivery level.
  4. Responsible for the observance of all defined standards in regards to EHS, manufacturing, legal compliance (work time, breaks, etc.).
  5. Support the continuous improvement of all manufacturing processes with the support of lean management tools.
  6. First level support for technical issues on the manufacturing equipment.
  7. Leading a safety‑first approach, maintaining a zero‑accident culture. Ensures and monitors work, accident prevention, and a safe working environment across the business.
  8. Fulfill assigned primary, secondary, and/or tertiary deputy/back‑up roles as required on occasion by the business.

Educational requirements, Certifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, Trained Technician (Machine Building, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or similar)

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in automotive manufacturing at a supervisory level.
  • Experience with JIT production.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability

  • Profound people leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of 5S manufacturing techniques and implementation of these.
  • Very good communication skills with all levels.
  • Technical understanding and working knowledge of MS Office.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 based on experience.
