We are seeking React Developers to help train and improve next-generation AI models. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated code, review frontend development solutions, identify best practices, and provide expert feedback to enhance the quality and accuracy of AI-generated software development outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate AI-generated React and JavaScript code.
Assess frontend solutions for functionality, performance, and maintainability.
Identify coding errors, bugs, and optimization opportunities.
Provide detailed feedback on code quality, architecture, and best practices.
Validate UI/UX implementation approaches and frontend development standards.
Contribute to improving AI capabilities in software engineering and web development.
Requirements:
Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Experience with component-based architecture and state management.
Knowledge of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
Ability to review, debug, and optimize code effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, Context API, or React Query.
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks.
Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
Experience contributing to code reviews or mentoring developers.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
