Senior React / Front-End Developer (Permanent, Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities
- Code, test, and deliver high-quality, scalable front-end and full-stack software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with PMO, product management, architecture, and infrastructure teams to shape end-to-end solutions.
- UI Engineering: Demonstrate master-level proficiency in DOM API, AJAX programming, responsive design development, and modern build systems like Webpack, Grunt, or Gulp.
- System Integration: Collaborate on the existing full-stack infrastructure (Java, C++, Linux, Unix, open-source platforms, and SOA) to support next-generation financial software.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor other software developers on the team, championing clean code structures, design patterns, and Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Lifecycle & Documentation: Draft architectural diagrams, technical requirements, subsystem designs, and unit/integration test specifications.
- Risk & Compliance: Maintain a strong awareness of industry compliance, risk control processes, and the regulatory landscape inherent to the financial sector.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with expert knowledge of software development domains, design patterns, and deployments.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or familiarity working within financial markets, banking, or wealth management.
- Full-Stack Touchpoints: Core experience or familiarity with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and relational databases (Oracle, Sybase) to seamlessly bridge front-end and back-end team efforts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (BE/B.Tech), or equivalent (MCA).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Proficient with version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
- Practical experience working within the Scrum framework and agile methodology.
- Familiarity with cross-functional fields (Product, UX, DevOps, or Business Analytics).
- A self-motivated, highly organized team player who loves to leave code better than they found it.
