Key Responsibilities
Front-End Architecture:
Design and develop Single Page Applications (SPA) and Rich Internet Applications using
React , HTML5, CSS3, and object-oriented JavaScript.
Web Ecosystem Expertise:
Leverage advanced JavaScript frameworks and libraries (React, Mobx, jQuery, Angular JS, Node.js) alongside standard web technologies (Apache, HTTP, SOAP, JSON, XML, Restful APIs).
UI Engineering:
Demonstrate master-level proficiency in DOM API, AJAX programming, responsive design development, and modern build systems like Webpack, Grunt, or Gulp.
System Integration:
Collaborate on the existing full-stack infrastructure (Java, C++, Linux, Unix, open-source platforms, and SOA) to support next‑generation financial software.
Technical Leadership:
Mentor other software developers on the team, championing clean code structures, design patterns, and Agile/Scrum best practices.
Lifecycle & Documentation:
Draft architectural diagrams, technical requirements, subsystem designs, and unit/integration test specifications.
Risk & Compliance:
Maintain a strong awareness of industry compliance, risk control processes, and the regulatory landscape inherent to the financial sector.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of professional software development experience with expert knowledge of software development domains, design patterns, and deployments.
Industry Knowledge:
Prior experience or familiarity working within financial markets, banking, or wealth management.
Front-End Mastery:
Advanced mastery of JavaScript,
React
or Angular, TypeScript, RxJs, and mobile web best practices.
Full-Stack Touchpoints:
Core experience or familiarity with
Java , Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and relational databases (Oracle, Sybase) to seamlessly bridge front-end and back-end team efforts.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (BE/B.Tech), or equivalent (MCA).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Proficient with version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
Practical experience working within the Scrum framework and agile methodology.
Familiarity with cross-functional fields (Product, UX, DevOps, or Business Analytics).
A self‑motivated, highly organized team player who loves to leave code better than they found it.
The ideal candidate must be a Senior Front-End Developer (5+ years) with expert-level mastery of JavaScript, React (or Angular), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build systems like Webpack. Additionally, they must have a background in the financial or banking sector and possess full-stack familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases (Oracle/Sybase) to bridge front-end and back-end efforts seamlessly.
