Senior React Developer (Web)
5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years focused on React development for consumer-facing web applications
Expert-level proficiency in React, including core principles, hooks, component lifecycle, and performance optimization techniques
Strong command of TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+), with a deep understanding of modern language features and patterns
Proven experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or MobX
Solid understanding of CSS-in-JS, CSS Modules, or utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js or similar frameworks
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming patterns
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines including GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar tooling
Strong understanding of web performance principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress or Playwright
Strong verbal and written communication skills - able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with monorepo tooling such as Nx or Turborepo
Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture patterns
Knowledge of Web Components or design system development
Experience with analytics and observability tooling (e.g., LogRocket, Datadog, GTM)
Contributions to open-source React or frontend projects
