- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full-stack software solutions using React.js and Spring Boot.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Build new applications, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as architects, business analysts, QA engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and delivery.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing systems.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize software for performance, security, and stability.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.

- Build knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance concepts, business processes, and systems.
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

- Maintain understanding of application monitoring, observability, and performance management.
