At Qaracter, we are looking for a React Frontend Developer to join strategic technology initiatives within a leading international organization. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining modern frontend applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly web solutions.
As part of a collaborative engineering team, you will contribute to the evolution of digital applications, ensuring software quality, maintainability, performance, and reliability through modern development practices.
What You'll Do
- Analyze software requirements and assess the feasibility of technical solutions within defined time and cost constraints.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable frontend applications using React, Next.Js, and TypeScript.
- Build modern web applications following software development best practices and established architectural principles.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure effective data and service integration.
- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to identify and implement the most appropriate technical solutions.
- Participate actively in technical discussions, contributing ideas, feedback, and recommendations to improve application design and development processes.
- Apply strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, clean code practices, and adherence to development standards.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and/or end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability.
- Work with Git-based version control and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery processes.
- Support application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance in production environments.
- Work with technologies and services such as Apache Kafka and AWS S3 as part of frontend application integrations and data workflows.
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude within an Agile engineering team.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on professional experience developing and maintaining React-based applications.
- Strong professional experience with: React, Next.Js, TypeScript
- Solid experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
- Good understanding of modern frontend development principles, component-based architecture, and maintainable code practices.
- Experience with frontend testing, including unit, integration, and/or end-to-end testing.
- Professional experience using Git for version control.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development tools such as GitHub Actions, Sonar, and Fortify.
- Experience supporting application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance in production environments.
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka and AWS S3.
- Working knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- English level: minimum B2.
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern frontend architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Next.Js in enterprise or large-scale applications.
- Knowledge of cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Experience working with event-driven architectures or Kafka-based integrations.
- Familiarity with application security and code quality tools such as Sonar and Fortify.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or international environments.
- Experience within Agile/Scrum development teams.
