Technical Support Engineer – LATAM
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer, working remotely, to support our software product for customers in LATAM and the USA, where we have a large installed base.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance of our software product.
- Test and diagnose possible failures in the product.
- Plan and carry out deployment of our products in customer networks.
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Linux system administration experience, especially related to networking and diagnosing hardware problems.
- Network administration experience, including switch and router operation.
- Experience with scripting in sh/bash and Unix tools such as awk, iproute2, ethtool, tc, etc.
- Experience with virtual environments: KVM, VMware or VirtualBox.
- Knowledge of network protocols (IP, ICMP, TCP, LACP, MPLS, etc.) and experience interpreting tcpdump.
- Native or very high level of Spanish (fluent in reading, writing and speaking).
- Proficient in English (fluent in reading, writing and speaking).
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Portuguese (fluent in reading, writing and speaking).
- Experience in C/C++ programming.
- Experience in Python, Perl, Awk and JavaScript programming.
- Experience with UNIX development tools such as git, make, gdb, perf, etc.
- Knowledge of other languages, apart from Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Senior Frontend Software Engineer – React / JS + UI/UX (Madrid, Hybrid)
You will be a key designer and developer of the user interface for our network optimisation product, developing new data‑visualisation and real‑time control functionality, and implementing an appealing UI/UX.
Responsibilities
- Develop new data visualization and real‑time control functionality for our product.
- Design an appealing and consistent UX/UI for our product.
- Participate in the ongoing migration of our Graphical User Interface from native JavaScript and jQuery to a React framework.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Expert skills in vanilla JavaScript and jQuery programming.
- Expert skills working in React with recent experience in ES6.
- Expert skills in HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap.
- Working experience with Node.js.
- Significant experience with data visualization libraries for browsers, like D3.
- Experience with React UI component libraries like MUI.
- UX/UI experience.
- Experience with Linux development environment and tools (including Git).
- Linux system administration skills for managing your Linux laptop.
- Proficient in English (fluent in reading, writing and speaking).
- EU nationality or Spanish work permit already granted.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and TypeScript.

In this role you will be part of the core software engineering team and will participate in the design and development of our product. We have a data‑plane packet gateway that can reach 150 Gbps with sophisticated processing and we want to add more data processing to reach >1 Tbps.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop the core part of our software product, expanding the data‑plane packet gateway capabilities.
- Debug and resolve issues with our software product.
- Adapt and optimise our software for different hardware and virtual platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Expert skills in C and C++ programming and data structures.
- Experience with IPC and multi‑process environments.
- Deep understanding of the Linux operating system internals/kernel.
- Experience with scripting in sh/bash and awk.
- Experience with Linux networking tools (iproute2, tc, iptables, ethtool).
- Experience with Linux development tools (git, make, gdb, perf, gprof, etc.).

- Experience in network programming with DPDK.
- Experience with virtual environments (KVM, VMware or VirtualBox).

- Experience in Python, Perl and JavaScript programming.
- Experience in network programming with AF_PACKET/AF_XDP and multi‑threaded environments.
- Linux/BSD kernel development or debugging experience.
- Familiarity with containers (e.g. Kubernetes) and Linux namespaces.
