React.js + Node.js Junior Developer

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in React.js, Node.js, and SQL. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable web applications, working on both frontend and backend, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Develop and maintain web applications using React.js for frontend

* Build scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js

* Design and manage databases using SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL)

* Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

* Integrate APIs and third-party services

* Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance

* Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers

* Participate in code reviews and follow best practices

* Ensure application security and data protection

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance (BBA / MBA – Finance preferred). 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Accounting principles, GST/Taxation, and Tally. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand financial workflows and deliver solution-oriented approaches. Good negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to coordinate with and support team members effectively. Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
