Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance on best practices in mobile development.
- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust solutions.
- Testing & Debugging : Develop and maintain automated tests, perform thorough debugging, and ensure the overall quality of code through rigorous testing.
- Required Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native framework.
- Strong understanding of mobile development life cycle and best practices for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration of mobile analytics and push notification services.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver scalable solutions.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with native development in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin/Java (Android) is a plus.
- Knowledge of GraphQL, Redux, or similar state management libraries.
- Prior experience with agile development methodologies.
