The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise in React Native , modern JavaScript frameworks, and mobile architecture, along with the ability to collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and high‑quality mobile solutions
- Ensure performance optimization, responsiveness, and smooth user experience across devices
- Integrate REST APIs, third‑party libraries, SDKs, and backend services
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel‑perfect designs
- Write clean, modular, reusable, and well‑documented code
- Perform code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and memory leaks
- Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams throughout the SDLC
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision‑making
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Technical Skills – Mandatory
- Strong hands‑on experience with React Native (4+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- Strong understanding of React concepts: Hooks, Context, State management (Redux/Redux Toolkit/MobX)
Technical Skills – Nice to have
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Good knowledge of mobile architecture patterns and component‑based design
- Experience with Android and iOS mobile app lifecycles
- Hands‑on experience with Git and version control systems
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques
