Key Responsibilities :
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless, user-friendly experiences. Collaborate to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
- Code Quality & Performance : Implement industry best practices for mobile app development, focusing on code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability.
- E-Commerce Expertise : Develop and integrate features specific to e-commerce platforms , including payment systems, product catalogs, and real-time user interactions.
- Startup Agility : Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving project needs, and delivering high-quality solutions with speed and precision.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing : Provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications :
- 4+ years of professional React Native development experience, including deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript , and the broader React ecosystem.
- Strong React Native architecture knowledge, including UI frameworks, state management, and performance optimization techniques.
- Fluent English is essential for effective communication with our clients and stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Experience with E-Commerce Platforms : Familiarity with payment gateways, real-time transactions, and product catalogs is highly valued.
- Startup Experience : Proven ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
- Availability for Overtime : Willingness to work additional hours as needed, with compensatory time off (lighter workdays) to maintain work-life balance.
- Exposure to native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools such as JIRA , Trello , or Asana .
Contract Duration : 1 Year (with potential for long-term renewal)
