Responsibilities :
- Oversee recruitment project management by coordinating current vacancies with other teams, maintaining communication with outsourcers, and ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the hiring process.
- Foster effective communication and interaction with external stakeholders and counterparties to streamline recruitment efforts and build strong relationships.
- Stay abreast of developments in the labor market and conduct ongoing recruitment market research to inform hiring strategies and stay competitive.
- Actively participate in HR projects to contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.
- Generate analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to provide insights into recruitment metrics and outcomes.
- Monitor and implement HR recruiting best practices to ensure efficiency, fairness, and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Work experience as a recruiter of at least 3 years (in house/agency);
- Experience in recruiting on a global scale. Countries within LatAm are a plus
- Fluent English and Portuguese;
- Bachelor’s Degree (HR/Psychology/Business administration/Linguistics/Marketing/PR);
- Ability to work with a large amount of information;
- Multitasking;
- Systematic thinking and skill in analyzing;
- Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to perform independently with mínimal supervision;
- Proficiency in spearheading projects from inception to completion within intricate matrix structures, effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Exceptional aptitude for delivering compelling pitches at a high level, adeptly articulating ideas and proposals to captivate and persuade diverse audiences.
